Am I strange?
Do I look horrible?
Or am I any different from you?
Why do those eyes keep staring awkwardly?
Why do the smiles seem sarcastic?
Why don’t people come and befriended me?
I’m no more different from you,
Yes, certain aspects made me better then people,
But I need friends, companions,
Those that I can rely on,
For love, care, critique, and attention.
Ignore the barriers, forget the differences,
Take me away from the cage of loneliness,
Free me from excruciating pain of being alone,
Help me regain my youth, my days, my life…
